Return Policy

Customers may return the products delivered within 7 days after delivery without giving us any reason, as long as: – The products are not used in any way – The products are in their original packaging – The product is complete Please note, we don’t support freight cost for return.

We believe in spreading delight through our products and services. Our policies are simple and upfront and we strive to make your experience delectable and delightful.

The authorization to approve a refund would be at the discretion of Kassa. Once the damaged/ incorrect product is received by us in its original state and has been approved by our quality Team, you shall be provided with a credit, upon your request, proceed with the refund of the amount back to your bank account, in which case return shipping charges and transaction fees might be applicable.

Please note, the following products shall not be returned/ exchanged:

–     Products made to order or customized as per your size.

–     Products personalized as per your requirement.

–     Products bought under sale/discount/seasonal offer/ special promotion.

–     Products for which such a condition is mentioned in the product information.


Please keep in mind that there might be variations on the actual color and texture from what is evident in the pictures, due to the technological limitations in such presentation. Also, being handmade, we put in best of our effort in trying to achieve that the goods are as close to the mentioned specifications. However please keep into account minor variations considering the manufacturing process. The buyer acknowledges this risk while he agrees to this terms and conditions.


Since freshness of the products is extremely important, we have tied up with reputed logistics partner DTDC and FedEx. Our logistics partners would endeavour to deliver the shipment within 48 hours from the time of dispatch. However depending upon the destination location it may take longer between 2 to 5 days

Delivery deferral

If you want us to deliver the products on a later date, please drop us an email at mentioning your Order Id immediately after placing an order. We would try to comply to this on a best-effort basis by shipping the order later. But we please be aware that there could be some misses due to high volumes of orders. Once the items have been shipped we strongly recommend against any deferral as the products we are selling are perishable. You need to get in touch with the logistics partner and coordinate with them regarding your preferred delivery date. We would be providing you with the tracking details.

Why does the delivery date not correspond to the delivery time line of X-Y business days?

It is possible that the Seller or our courier partners have a holiday between the day you placed your order and the date of delivery, which is based on the timeliness shown on the product page. In this case, we add a day to the estimated date. Some courier partners and Sellers do not work on Sundays and this is factored in to the delivery dates.

What is the estimated delivery time?

Sellers generally procure and ship the items within the time specified on the product page. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Estimated delivery time depends on the following factors:

–     The Seller offering the product

–     Product’s availability with the Seller

–     The destination to which you want the order shipped to and location of the Seller.

Why does the estimated delivery time vary for each seller?

You have probably noticed varying estimated delivery times for sellers of the product you are interested in. Delivery times are influenced by product availability, geographic location of the Seller, your shipping destination and the courier partner’s time-to-deliver in your location.
